Job Responsibilities
- Welcome customers warmly and provide excellent customer service.
- Assist customers in selecting products based on their needs and preferences.
- Achieve showroom sales targets through effective product presentation and communication.
- Maintain product displays and ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and attractive.
- Handle billing, cash/card transactions, and customer inquiries professionally.
- Support inventory management, stock arrangement, and product replenishment.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Requirements
- Minimum HSC or Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Passion for fashion and sales.
- Basic computer knowledge is an advantage.
- Smart, honest, punctual, and willing to work in a team.
- Previous showroom or retail sales experience will be preferred.
